Pamela’s Mastering Mindfulness course is a 4-week group program                            (4 × 2-hour sessions) that equips participants with proven mindfulness tools to manage stress, cultivate self-awareness, and create lasting balance in daily life. Designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this course helps you develop a personalized mindfulness practice to support ongoing well-being.

Held in a small, supportive Zoom group (max 8 participants) and open to international attendees, the course provides a safe space to explore mindfulness, learn practical techniques, and transform your relationship with stress.
