Meditate to Create Course

Deepen the Connection to Your Creative Self

This comprehensive 9 hour course is designed to develop your mindfulness capacities and your ability to incorporate creative solutions in your life. This personally designed course curriculum received a final grading of 98% from the University of the Fraser Valley.

"Exquisite! I'm sure your participants will feel they are in safe, considerate hands."
Dr Seonaigh MacPherson, Ph.D

Over the span of 3 weeks you will learn useful mindfulness practices that will deepen your connection to yourself, others and the world around you. Creativity will play a major role in this experience and you need not consider yourself creative to participate. In fact, everyone is creative in their own unique way and you will be supported and encouraged along your journey of exploration.

You will be guided in, practice and learn mindfulness techniques such as mindful breathing, sound and body scan meditations. Your homework practices will help you to develop a personal mindfulness routine. Creative exercises, both in class and at home, are fun and engaging and are designed to open the floodgates of  your creativity.

The Meditate to Create Course is conducted in a safe, supportive group environment via Zoom and is open to students internationally. Class size is limited to 8-10 participants and no previous mindfulness experience is required.

"The guidance throughout this course by giving us videos, work sheets, links to websites was very helpful, easy to use and supportive. The positivity of your coaching by turning any doubts or impatience into something good that one can use to improve was very reassuring and lovely. Besides that your mellow voice is made for listening to."
