Create Your Own Personal Mindfulness Plan


Are you looking to bring more clarity into your life? Do you need help with lack of sleep due to racing or worrying thoughts? Are you wanting to focus on losing weight or improving your physical health? Would you like to be able to communicate more effectively at work and at home building better relationships with those who are important to you? Mindfulness has been shown to successfully support all of these goals!


Let me help you create your own personal mindfulness experience. Perhaps a group environment is not best for you, or maybe the current workshop and course times do not fit with your schedule. Engaging in private sessions may be the perfect solution.

Together we will explore various mindfulness practices and tailor a personalized program just for you. You can book as many sessions as you feel you need to get comfortable with the practices and explore all that mindfulness has to offer.

All individual sessions are conducted via Zoom and no previous mindfulness experience is required. Sessions are open to international participants and times are flexible depending on our mutual schedules.

Individual Session cost is $80/hr CDN
