The Mindful Team Building Workshop is designed to give your team members the opportunity to learn about the benefits of mindfulness and experience various guided practices such as mindful eating, mindful meditation, and mindful communication. It's fun, it's engaging and it personalized to your specific organizational needs.
The workshop normally runs 1.5 - 2 hours, however, this can be altered in length if required. Offered either in person at your facility or via Zoom, the Mindful Team Building Workshop can be the game-changer that you're looking for: one that will give your team members the mindful tools they need to reduce their stress, increase their self-awareness and creativity and ultimately bring the very best of themselves to their work and to their lives.
